How to Use Facial-Flex Ultra

1. Place the Facial-Flex Ultra horizontally between your lips, resting the white end pieces in the corners of your mouth as shown below. 

2. Squeeze the device inwards with the sides of your mouth to form an oval.  Fully compress, then release.  Do this 30 to 40 times within one minute; rest; repeat.  JUST DO THESE TWO EASY STEPS TWICE DAILY!
